Classic Country Thursdays August 22nd Line Up

Port Credit BIA has brought together two popular events for some amazing Summer vibes with Country Music and Classic Cars for our NEW Classic Country Thursdays!

Each Thursday evening from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., our community can enjoy live Country music, a DJ, line dancing, Country fare, games, and more!

Classic cars will return to the Port for the car afficionados and we have added a little Country back in the Port with special menu items at our participating business as well as attractions that include a mechanical bull ride, Brampton Batman, and some furry surprises.

This weekly event will take place at the Elmwood lot at 3 Elmwood Avenue North and at participating businesses along Lakeshore from Hurontario to Seneca Ave.

• 7:20 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.: Gareth Bush

Gareth Bush:

Born in Halifax and having moved countless times along the East coast, Gareth Bush now resides in Toronto, Ontario as a live performer and recording artist. Since 16, Gareth has been songwriting, Youtube-ing, busking, performing in local music venues and now ranks as Toronto’s best-rated wedding and event musician.

While he finds inspiration from the likes of John Mayer, Coldplay, Ed Sheeran, Lifehouse, and Mumford & Sons, Gareth has been entertaining audiences over the past decade with an extensive repertoire covering all major genres, with over 1,000 hit songs in his pocket.

Dingo is a local Port Credit band with an expansive playlist including Country favourites. Dingo is known for their incredible cover tunes as well as original music. They are guaranteed to get audiences up on their feet!
