Join the Port Credit community at the Port Credit Lighthouse for International Overdose Awareness Day on August 31, 2023 at 7:30 p.m.
This annual event was started in Mississauga by Christine Inrig and Marie McKenna after the grief of the loss of a loved one impacted their lives.
Christine and Marie identified a gap in resources and advocacy for those struggling with their grief and have worked continuously to provide resources and education to the community.

The evening will include an Indigenous drumming circle, the sharing of experiences, educational resources, and Naloxone training.
