Synopsis: This eight part half hour comedy series follows Melissa a stout black neurotic who’s never been in love. After a comical brush with death in her NYC apartment, she refuses to settle for anything less than the life she wants, catapulting her on a journey becoming “100% that woman” in real life by any means necessary.

PREP: February 21, 2023, between the hours of 7:30am to 7pm
FILMING: February 22, 2023 between the hours of 7am to 1pm
WRAP February 22, 2023 between the hours of 1pm to 4pm

Permits have been requested to place production vehicles and various pieces of film equipment on:

One (East) side of Peter St between Port St and Bay St. and Bay St to Lake St.

North side Lakeshore Road W (Boulevard only) between 150 Lakeshore Road W and John St
Lighting placement on sidewalk/boulevard facing Remedys Pharmacy

Private property (including driveways) in the vicinity by agreement with owners

Generator placement in West parking lot of 150 Lakeshore Rd W

J.C Saddington Park – North Lot (crew cars only, Feb 22nd 7:00am-1:30pm)

The production company intends to begin reserving the above areas with cones on February 21, 2023, at 7 AM, with production vehicles/equipment arriving February 21, 2023 at 7:30 AM for prep. During prep, and wrap, vehicles will be landed entirely on the North side Lakeshore Road W (Boulevard only) between 150 Lakeshore Road W and John St.

The remaining vehicles will arrive after 9pm on Tuesday Feb 21st. Production vehicles will remain onsite, including afterhours/overnight, until they depart February 22, 2023 by 2 PM. There will be some coming/going of support vehicles daily between the hours noted above. During prep and wrap, vehicles will be landed entirely North side Lakeshore Road W (Boulevard only) between 150 Lakeshore
Road W and John St.

ANY INTERMITTENT TRAFFIC STOPPAGES/CONTROL (maximum 3 minutes) will be conducted under the safe supervision of the Peel Regional Police and occur during our load in and load out (approx. 9-10am and 12pm-1pm) to assist with traffic/pedestrian safety.
